Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are facing each other for the second time in the ongoing season of Indian Premier League 2022. Kolkata Knight Riders captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and decided to field first.
Rajasthan Royals once again were unlucky with the toss. KKR made 2 changes to their playing XI. Anukul Roy, Shivam Mavi replaced Venkatesh Iyer and Harshit Rana respectively. UP born spinner Anukul Roy got a chance to play an IPL game after a span of 3 years.
Anukul Roy is a left arm spinner who is very energetic in the field. He was used by Mumbai Indians various times as a specialist fielder. But today while stopping a run, he became the victim of an oops moment which no man likes. While diving to stop a run, Anukul Roy pulled down his trousers while sliding.
On the last ball of the 8th over, Buttler played a paddle sweep shot. The ball was marching towards the boundary ropes. But Roy put in an athletic dive and successfully saved a run for his team. However while doing this, Anukul almost pulled down his trousers while sliding. KKR team mates appreciated this effort of Anukul Roy.

Hetmyer finishes in style for Rajasthan
After being invited to bat first, Rajasthan Royals didn’t get a good start. They lost the early wicket of Devdutt Padikkal. Jos Buttler too struggled for timing and got dismissed on 22 runs in 25 balls. Samson played a patient knock of 54 runs but he couldn’t accelerate in the end.
Later Hetmyer came to the crease and smashed KKR bowlers all around the ground. He played an important knock of 27 runs in 13 balls which helped Rajasthan post a target of 153 for KKR.
