[Watch] Coach Chandrakant Pandit Breaks Into Tears After Madhya Pradesh’s Ranji Trophy Triumph
Chandrakant Pandit

Madhya Pradesh recently scripted history as the Aditya Shrivastava-led side won their first-ever Ranji Trophy title. It was an emotional moment for everyone out there, especially Madhya Pradesh (MP) coach Chandrakant Pandit. Incidentally, Pandit had led the MP side back in the 90s and had to return inconsolable when MP lost to Karnataka, in the 1998 Ranji Trophy final.

Pandit, after MP’s triumph at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, in Bengaluru, looked elated and his face was filled with nothing but satisfaction. Chandrakant Pandit was seen thanking the almighty and then turning to the spectators with folded hands when Rajat Patidar hit the winning runs.

The 60-year-old was also seen wiping tears after the victory. The MP players too lifted their coach on their shoulders while celebrating the success.
