India is currently playing against New Zealand on day three of the second Test of the two-match series in Mumbai. While India has taken a huge lead, a boundary from youngster Shubman Gill stole the limelight.
Gill came on the crease and smashed Tim Southee for a four, and the Mumbai crowd started chanting Sachin’s name. While the batting legend has a huge fan following in the world of cricket, Gill too has been leaving his mark in international cricket.
Meanwhile, this particular incident made headlines as according to the reports Shubman Gill and Tendulkar’s daughter Sara Tendulkar are dating each other. Although there is no official confirmation has come yet, their social media activities gives a little hint to their dating rumours as well.

As far as Shubman Gill’s performance is concerned, he played a stable knock in the 1st innings of the Mumbai Test where he smashed 44 runs. In the second, he scored 47 runs. However, he didn’t open with Mayank Agarwal after sustaining an injury while fielding.
Meanwhile, Mayank played an amazing knock of 150 runs which helped India to post 325 runs on board as well. Ajaz Patel did an exceptional job from New Zealand as he picked all the 10 wickets in an innings by becoming the only third bowler in the world to do so as well. However, Patel’s heroics weren’t supported by his team as they were bundled within 62 runs but India avoided enforcing the follow-on and batted again.
Currently, they have declared after having a huge lead where New Zealand need 540 runs to win.
