Watch: Fan Tries To Take A Flying Catch During A BBL Match

While the Big Bash League (BBL) is going on in full swing, a fan recently made headlines for his skill as he was seen attempting to take the “best crowd catch ever” at the Blundstone Arena in Hobart where the match was going on between Hobart Hurricanes and the Brisbane Heat on Saturday.

The incident took place on the penultimate delivery of the eighth over of the Brisbane Heat’s innings when the middle-order batsman Sam Heazlett smashed Riley Meredith for a six behind the square leg. Meanwhile, a fan, who was standing behind the boundary rope tried to take the catch while diving.

Meanwhile, the BBL official social media named it the “best crowd catch ever” as well while posting.

However, he couldn’t grab the catch as the ball slipped through his fingers and he collided with two other spectators as well. And, another viewer watching the match behind them grabbed the catch.
