However, it won’t be wrong to say that Glenn Maxwell has produced one of the best catches in the history of the league. He grabbed a stunner with his left hand while running behind when he was fielding at mid-on. With this, he successfully removed Sam Heazlett when he was batting at 9 . Brisbane Heat scored 149/6 in the first innings and set a target of 150 for the Stars to chase down as well.
As far as the game between Brisbane Heat and Melbourne Stars is concerned, Heat won the toss and opted to bat first. Ben Duckett scored 51 runs for his side and helped the team to put up 149/6 while Adam Zampa and Glenn Maxwell picked a couple of wickets each while giving away 20 and 19 runs respectively as well.
Meanwhile, the incident happened in the 16th over of the innings, Sam Heazlett was facing Nathan Coulter-Nile. He tried to hit the ball over mid-on but failed to clear it well. And, Glenn Maxwell, who was fielding at mid-on, ran behind and took a stunner with his left-hand only.
