Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Mumbai Indians are facing each other at DY Patil Stadium in the 56th match of the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Batting first, the Knight Riders could manage to post 165 runs on the board.
In the 9th over of the game, cricket fans witnessed a funny incident. KKR batter Nitish Rana tried to reverse sweep the bowling of Kumar Karthikeya. But Nitish couldn’t make the proper contact. The ball just touched the lower edge of the bat.
The ball was rolling just beside MI wicket-keeper Ishan Kishan. Despite that, the Mumbai keeper didn’t have any clue where the ball went. Ishan moved 360 degrees but still couldn’t figure out where the ball was. Meanwhile, the batters sneaked in a single.
Kartikeya didn’t look happy with Ishan Kishan for conceding an extra single. However, this incident surely brought a laugh to the faces of cricket fans.
