The coronavirus pandemic has brought human life to a standstill. With all the cricketing events suspended until further notice due to the outbreak, the cricketers are locked down at home, who are usually busy with the tight schedule. However, it is tough to keep the players calm as England pacer James Anderson turned his home into a gym doing bench presses with his adorable daughters; the video of which has now gone viral.
Even if there is a lockdown across the sphere, the cricketers are trying every possible measure to keep them fit. Recently, Anderson posted a video on Instagram on Wednesday where he could be seen working out. In the adorable video, the 37-year old could be seen getting help from his two daughters during his training sessions at home. James Anderson could be seen doing bench-presses at home by lifting his daughters with his two arms while lying on the floor.
“The girls are more than happy to help me train at home,” James Anderson captioned the video. Anderson has two daughters – Lola Rose (11) and Ruby Luxe (10) – with wife Daniella Lloyd.

James Anderson was not a part of England’s Test side that was recently in Sri Lanka for a two-Test series. The series was called-off last week as a precautionary measure to protect the players, officials, and fans from the spread of the coronavirus. The two-match Test series was scheduled to start on March 19 in Galle.
The legendary fast bowler, who has struggled largely due to injuries will look to get back into action soon when England renew their business with West Indies at home.
