Watch: Jasprit Bumrah Imitates Ravichandran Ashwin’s Bowling Action

While the second Test between India and South Africa is going on at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg, India speedster Jasprit Bumrah stole the limelight by imitating veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.

On Day 2 of the Johannesburg Test, when the players were taking the field for the day’s play, Jasprit Bumrah was seen rolling his arms to get warmed up and imitating Ashwin’s action as well.

And, the video has gone viral in no time as fans demanded Jasprit Bumrah to bowl off-spin too in the game. However, Bumrah is unlikely to do so as he is way too better with his pace attack.

Meanwhile, India are already 1-0 up in the three-match Test series and if they managed to win the ongoing second Test then it would be history for them as they have never won a Test series in the rainbow nation.

However, India’s middle-order woes remain the same. And, former India opener Aakash Chopra has said that the Indian team management might run out of patience if the middle-order batsmen Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara don’t contribute in the second innings of the Johannesburg Test.

Both Pujara and Rahane failed to score once again in India’s first innings of the second Test against South Africa. While Pujara managed only three runs, Rahane was dismissed for a golden duck. In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra opened up on this.

“Pujara and Rahane – same story once again. I think both of them are on thin ice. Both are dear to all of us, we have a lot of respect for these two players, but there is one more innings – the next innings of this match. If they score runs, they will be able to save their places else the next Test match, the team management will run out of patience,” he said.
