England men cricket team defeated Netherlands by 3-0 in the ODI series between both the teams. It was a one-sided victory by the England team. They completely dominated the opposition team. Jos Buttler was awarded the Man of series award for his brilliant performance.

Jos Buttler scored 86 runs off 64 balls in the run chase in the final ODI. Buttler hit five sixes in his magnificent innings. However one six caught the attention of so many cricket fans. The clip of this six has gone viral on social media.

In the 29th over of the run chase, Paul van Meekeren bowled a double bounced delivery. The second bounce of the ball landed outside the pitch towards the leg side. Jos Buttler showed his pro-activeness and chased after the ball. He smashed it for a six over deep square leg.

The ball was eventually called a no ball and Buttler got a free hit delivery. He smashed a six on the free hit too. Jos hit three sixes in this over. Buttler has been in great form in white ball cricket. He was the leading run scorer in IPL 2022 . Now he has continued his great form in ODI series against Netherlands too.

England defeated Netherlands by 8 Wickets in the third ODI. England also scored the highest ever total in history of ODI cricket in the first ODI against Netherlands. The England team is famous for playing an aggressive brand of cricket in ODIs.

Jos Buttler in the post match presentation said: ” We’ve played very well. Brilliant with the ball, good batting as well. There’s a lot of cricket coming up which is very exciting, we have great depth in this squad, very excited. Great debut for Payne, Brydon Carse looks exciting and Salt has also been impressive.”
