Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was at his best in the second Test against Australia at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. He rattled the Australian batters with his sharp bowling performance in the second innings of the game. Jadeja finished the innings with seven wickets, as Australia was bowled out for a paltry 113. Among his wickets was a brilliant delivery to castle Marnus Labuschange.

The Australian batter came out to bat after the fall of Usman Khawaja’s wicket. He tried to get the innings on track but failed to convert his start. Labuschagne misjudged the length of Ravindra Jadeja’s arm ball. He went on the backfoot to defend the delivery, and the ball skidded through keeping low. It went on to disturb Marnus Labuschagne’s furniture. He managed 35 runs off 50 deliveries, with seven boundaries.

At the end of day three, Australia looked to be in a decent situation with a lead of 62 runs at the loss of one wicket in the second Test against India at Delhi. However, the next morning turned out to be a disaster for the visitors. They lost Travis Head to Ravichandran Ashwin in the first over, followed by Steve Smith.

Australia couldn’t from the two early blows, as Ravindra Jadeja spun his magic. He dismissed Usman Khawaja, on day three, and began his spell on the next day with key wickets of Labuschagne, Peter Handscomb, Alex Carey, and Pat Cummins. Jadeja took seven wickets, and Ravichandran Ashwin picked up three. Travis Head was the leading run-scorer for Australia in the innings, with 43 runs.

Team India needs 115 runs to go 2-0 up in the four-match Border Gavaskar series. They won the first test match by an innings and 132 runs at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur.
