[WATCH]- Virat Kohli Enjoys Indori Poha, Video Goes Viral

An interesting and rarely seen video of Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli is currently going viral on social media. In the clip, Kohli can be seen enjoying the famous Indori poha while travelling inside the team bus. The moment has struck a chord with fans, as Kohli is known for his strict fitness regime and disciplined diet, and usually avoids outside food.

Seeing him relish local street food has delighted many. Following the video’s emergence, people from Indore and poha lovers appeared especially thrilled on social media. While several users proudly hailed it as a reflection of the city’s food culture, others jokingly remarked that “even Virat couldn’t resist Indori poha.”

Indori poha is widely regarded as the culinary identity of Indore in Madhya Pradesh. This popular breakfast dish is known for its light, fluffy texture and its perfect balance of sweet, savoury, and tangy flavours. Unlike regular poha, it is prepared using a unique steaming technique that makes it softer and airier.

What truly sets it apart are its signature toppings- Ratlam sev, masala boondi, fresh coriander, lemon, and finely chopped raw onions, which give the dish its distinct character. You can watch Kohli’s delightful video here:

Virat Kohli Stands Tall Amid India’s Collapse In Indore

Meanwhile, in the third ODI between India and New Zealand at Indore’s Holkar Stadium on January 18, Virat Kohli shouldered the batting responsibility almost single-handedly. Chasing a daunting target of 337, India’s top order collapsed early, but Kohli stood firm under pressure and produced a superb knock.

He scored 124 runs off 108 balls, striking 10 fours and three sixes. His partnership with Nitish Kumar Reddy kept India in the contest for a while. Although a brisk cameo from Harshit Rana later added some excitement, New Zealand’s bowlers staged a timely comeback to bowl India out for 296, sealing a 41-run victory.
