Former India captain Virat Kohli was seen all smiles during the team’s training session at the Gabba in Brisbane ahead of the warm-up game against Australia. Kohli was seen having fun with his teammates – KL Rahul, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Arshdeep Singh.

Kohli, who recently smashed his 71st century after a long wait of nearly three years, was showing off his funny dance moves as well, leaving Rahul, Arshdeep, and Bhuvneshwar in splits. Kohli is a pure entertainer and it was once again on display and left no opportunity to light up the mood of his teammates.

Virat Kohli, who had an extended lean patch with the bat, returned to form with a bang during Asia Cup 2022. The right-handed batter finished the tournament as the second-highest run-scorer being only behind Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan as well.

The talismanic run-scorer continued his stunning form with a 63-run knock against Australia in the third and final T20I of a bilateral series and then scored an unbeaten 49 against South Africa in the second T20I of another bilateral series after that before landing in Australia for the ICC T20 World Cup 2022.

India beat Australia by six runs in the warm-up game

As far as the game is concerned Australia won the toss and skipper Aaron Finch opted to bowl. India managed a decent total of 186 runs in their allotted 20 overs. KL Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav both smashed individual fifties whereas Kane Richardson claimed four wickets for 30 runs as well.

The Aussies were cruising along credit to starts from Mitchell Marsh, who scored a quickfire 35. Aaron Finch also regained some form in this game, scoring 76 runs. But in the 19th over, they lost this momentum which allowed India to get in the game and win by six runs.
