Ahead of their match against Pakistan in Melbourne, former India captain Virat Kohli was seen middling most of his deliveries during his net session. Arch-rivals India and Pakistan will square off at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Stadium on Sunday, October 23.

This may be an indicator of the arrival of the King on the biggest stage. There’s no better country than Australia for him to display his wrath and score some big runs. Kolhi has scored 450 runs in 10 T20I innings he has played in these conditions. 

Fans at the training session cheered for Kohli whenever he perfectly timed a shot. He displayed his array of images, like the cover drives and back foot pulls, to name a few.

Virat Kohli an integral part of India’s T20 World Cup 2022 plans

Virat Kohli will be an integral player for India tomorrow and will thrive under this pressure and the atmosphere created tomorrow by 90,000 fans. He is looking in a great rhythm. Indian fans will be hoping to witness a batting masterclass from him so that he announces his arrival in this tournament. 

Kohli averages 67.66 against the arch-rivals scoring 406 runs in the nine encounters the two teams have clashed in. A player for the big stage will hope to deliver yet another memorable knock amongst the several he has played before. 

Given that there is more than a 90 percent chance of rain in Melbourne tomorrow, fans will be just praying that there are no interruptions in this crucial encounter between the two teams.
