The franchises of the Women’s Premier League are gearing up for the auction day ahead of the 2024 season. There is great anticipation around the auction and the upcoming season, as the inaugural edition was a massive success. The Mumbai Indians won the 2023 Women’s Premier League defeating Delhi Capitals at the Brabourne Stadium.
The upcoming edition is expected to commence in February 2024. The retention period for the five franchises came to an end on October 15, 2023.
