The excitement is at its peak for the World Test Championship (WTC) final, and fans cannot wait for the action to begin. From June 7 onward, the final between India and Australia will be played at London’s Kennington Oval.

Team India has participated in a WTC final before, whereas this is Australia’s first entry. They faced New Zealand in the inaugural edition’s championship match a few years ago. In a game marred by rain, the Men in Blue, led by Virat Kohli, lost by eight wickets.

This time, India will try to finish on the winning side of the score and put an end to its protracted wait for an ICC Trophy. The WTC final is rapidly approaching, so let’s take a look at the three Indians who have taken the most Test wickets at the Oval.

Let’s look at the top 3 bowlers who could pick the most wickets

1. Nathan Lyon

Nathan Lyon is a seasoned Australian bowler, who has a great record against team India. He is one of the top contenders of the top wicket-takers in the WTC Final.

He has picked up 116 wickets in just 47 innings with best figures of 8/50. His ability to turn the bowl in any condition makes him one of the toughest players to encounter.

2. Ravichandran Ashwin

Ravichandran Ashwin is a veteran Indian allrounder having picked up 114 wickets in 42 innings with best figures of 7/103.

He can wreak havoc on the Australian side by picking up crucial wickets right at the top. He will be an important player to watch out for from the Indian side.

3. Ravindra Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja is in some serious form right now, showcasing top skills both with batting and bowling for his side.

He can be worth a value for Men in Blue, as he enjoys a good record against the Aussies. He has picked up 85 wickets in 30 matches with best figures of 7/42.
