After the one-off Test, the two teams now move into the limited-overs games. The first of the 3-match ODI series will be played between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh on July 16 at Harare Sports Club, Harare.
Zimbabwe were dominated for most parts of the Test apart from the first two sessions. They will now look to answer back in the white-ball format. There are World Cup Super League points up for the taking and Zimbabwe need to be in tip-top shape to get them from this match-up. The last time they played an ODI was almost eight months ago.
The last 3 and half months have been incredibly hard physically , emotionally and mentally but being back with the boys have taken all that pain away.#alhamdulilah for this and Allah has been very kind and you all have been also with so many prayers.

It was against Pakistan which ended up going to the Super Over. They managed to sneak in a victory courtesy Blessing Muzarabani‘s heroics. Zimbabwe will be hoping he comes good once again. As for the batting, a lot rests on the shoulder of Brendan Taylor. He played stellar knocks of 81 and 92 in the recently concluded Test against Bangladesh.
Bangladesh have a strong well-rounded squad. They will be bolstered by the return of ace opener Tamim Iqbal. That will boost the top order after they failed in the Test match. Mahmudullah, who scored a brilliant 150 a few days ago, will look to continue his fine form. Shakib Al Hasan, Mohammad Mithun, Mosaddak Hossain and Asif Hossain had some good batting practice in the practice match held on July 14.
Mushfiqur Rahim flew back home on grounds of personal ground so his presence in the middle-order will be missed. In unfortunate news for the Tigers, lead bowler Mustafizur Rahman injured himself in his first over and he was taken off the field. His participation is therefore under question but there have been no official confirmations as of yet.

Pitch Report
The track at Harare should offer bounce and assistance for the quick bowlers. It should gradually help the spinners once the sun comes out. Since it’s a day game, there will be no trouble for the batsmen chasing. Early overs might see some movement in the air.
