With the 2023 Indian Premier League just a few weeks away, all the franchises are gearing up for the much-awaited tournament. On Friday, March 10 the Mumbai Indians unveiled their jersey for the upcoming season. They took to social media to share a video with their fans unveiling their new outfit.
The Mumbai Indians have stuck to their traditional Blue and Gold color shade this season. The jersey also features the Gateway of India, the Bandra-Worli Sealink, and other popular attractions, which symbolize Mumbai. Sharing the first look at their jersey, the Mumbai Indians wrote, “मुंबईची 𝗷𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘆 with मुंबईची 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴… now 𝕃𝕀𝕍𝔼”

The Mumbai Indians also shared a picture of skipper Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma wearing the new jersey. They wrote, “Ufff…. Ye muskan ki chamak dekh rahe ho 😆”.

Mumbai Indians to kick off IPL 2023 against Royal Challengers Bangalore
The Mumbai Indians will begin their 2023 Indian Premier League campaign against the Royal Challengers Bangalore on Sunday, April 2 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Rohit Sharma will once again handle the leadership duties for the franchise. Their squad has a good mix of experienced and young talent. This season the five-time IPL champions are likely to be without the services of lead pacer Jasprit Bumrah and Jhye Richardson.
