Hardik Pandya is currently in the best phase of his life both personally as well as a cricketer. The destructive striker was the biggest positive for team India in the white-ball leg of the Australian tour. Many were doubting Pandya’s credentials as a specialist batsman but he answered his critics in style.
The 26-year-old was the highest run-scorer for India in the ODI series and won the player of the series in T20Is. It was a memorable return to international cricket for Pandya after a long wait of 1 year. The selectors were smart and didn’t pick Pandya for the 4 match Test series as he continues to get fitter and stronger for the longer format.
Hardik Pandya Resumes His Training Session
Talking about getting fitter, Pandya has resumed his intense preparation after a short break. Pandya was spending much needed time with his family and his baby boy after the hectic Australia tour. After celebrating the new year, Pandya sweated it out at a training session in Mumbai.
In recent times Pandya has become very conscious about his training as he is now aiming to become the best version of himself so that he can perform as an all-rounder. The 27-year-old shared photos from his exercise session as he was seen doing some high-intensity cardio with his friends. The cricketer looked extremely fit and raring to go for the big cricketing season ahead.

Meanwhile, Pandya stayed away from bowling against Australia as he is trying to remodel his action to stay injury-free. The team management is hoping that Pandya executes a bowling action that puts less load on his lower back and he plays consistently for India in all formats.
