Several months ago , the Indian government imposed a ban on PUBG Mobile and few other chinese apps due to conflicts between both the countries. Since PUBG Mobile was banned , Krafton announced the return of it’s top grossing title “PUBG Mobile” in the form of Battlegrounds Mobile India.
After a long wait, Krafton officially launched Battlegrounds Mobile India for android earlier this week and the support it received was massive. BGMI topped the play store with over 10 Million downloads within 24 hours of launch. Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registrations on Android hit 40 million, with 20 million users in the early access program. However, there is no information regarding the iOS version of BGMI from krafton’s side.

 Ever since the launch of the BGMI beta program , fans have been eagerly waiting to see their favourite players go up against each other. Many streamers have already stated that krafton will come up huge plans for the BGMI esports scene.
As stated , Krafton announced the Streamers battle tournament or “The Launch party” which is an invitational tournament featuring the top content creators and esports players of the country. It is said to be a two-day event which is scheduled to go live on the 8th of July and end on 9th July 2021.
Prize pool:
18 star studded teams will battle it out for a whopping prize pool of 6 Lakh rupees or $8,000 US Dollars.
