It’s the last league game of the IPL 2020 with Sunrisers Hyderabad locking horns against table-toppers Mumbai Indians at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Ahead of the start of the game, Brian Lara has revealed his winner for the game which will seal the final four in the points table.

Going into the encounter, it is a must-win for Sunrisers Hyderabad to progress through to the playoffs as the fourth side. Incidentally, Mumbai, Delhi Capitals, and Royal Challengers Bangalore have already confirmed their place in the top four.

The David Warner-led side has played their best cricket in the last two games beating Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore to keep their hopes alive in IPL 2020. They have been ruthless in their approach and it is their bowling department, which remains their advantage.

While Mumbai Indians will take confidence as they beat Hyderabad the last time they met, the opposition will provide a much tougher challenge now. Brian Lara also echoed the same sentiments saying that SunRisers Hyderabad would be up for the challenge, having found themselves in the position from their recent form.

Yeah, definitely. SRH found themselves in this situation and that’s from good playing in their recent games. So, I expect them to actually be up for the challenge,” Brian Lara told in the Star Sports’ show.

Adding further, Brian Lara feels Mumbai Indians might rest a couple of first-team players which will aid Sunrisers Hyderabad’s to secure the much-needed win.

Mumbai Indians may be easing off, resting a few players which will favour SRH, but I think they have got to be ready for the quarter-final and the rest of the tournament. If they win, they are in and I think they have got what it takes to do so,” he added.
