Mike Hesson
The former New Zealand head coach was appointed as Kings XI Punjab Head Coach for the 2019 IPL season. Mike Hesson, who witnessed tremendous success with the Kiwis, failed to replicate with the Punjab franchise. After spending a season with the Punjab based franchise, Mike resigned from the post in order to apply for the India head coach job.
After the job went in favour of Ravi Shastri, Mike was open for the coaching role again. This is when he was acquired as Head of Cricket Operations of the RCB franchise for the 2020 IPL season. He along with head coach Simon Katich will have to work tirelessly as Bangalore begin their hunt for maiden trophy.
