It was an action-packed first over by fast bowler Deepak Chahar as he started the match for Chennai Super Kings with a bang and castled Mayank Agarwal with an absolute jaffa. The Punjab Kings opened could not do anything about the perfect delivery of Chahar as it pitched swung late and hit the top of off stump.
Agarwal on 0 was probably looking to get off the mark by nudging it on the leg side but completely misread the outswinger of Chahar. The skilful CSK fast bowler squared him completely and castled him for a duck and gave his side a brilliant start.

Once the ball shattered the stumps, Agarwal was shocked but Chahar yelled a loud roar and celebrated his big wicket. The first over from Chahar was terrific as he gave away just one run also picked a wicket and had a catch dropped off Chris Gayle.
Meanwhile, KL Rahul and Gayle will now have to see off the new ball before accelerating on the batting-friendly pitch of the Wankhade stadium. On the other hand, Deepak Chahar will be keen to pick another wicket and put the Punjab Kings on the backfoot for the remainder of the match. The Punjab Kings when their opening match whereas CSK lost against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai.
