Deepak Chahar’s Fitness Regime will give all of you fitness goals

Deepak Chahar earned his maiden T20I call-up for the senior team and this news really pumped him up a couple of days back. The youngster who was with the India ‘A’ team for the triseries played a vital role as he bagged as many wickets as the team stood at the top.

Chahar played his part in the Indian Premier League for the Chennai Super Kings where his frugal spells in the powerplays led them to  “glorious” comeback.

So what made Chahar so fit and how does he bowl with such stamina maintaining the same quality of pace? If your answer is fitness, then you are absolutely right.

While the Indian skipper Virat Kohli is leading by an example for practising a healthy fitness regime, Deepak Chahar is really giving us major fitness goals.

His Instagram account is filled with the different types of workout he does to get a proper body shape and toned muscles.

His fitness routine includes equal proportions of Core workout, rope workout and weight training exercises. The way he performs reflects the levels of stamina and endurance he has built over the years.

On the other hand, India won the first T20I against  England at Manchester yesterday. A Five- Fer from Kuldeep and century from KL Rahul helped the side to mark the arrival on a winning note.

The second T20I will be played at Cardiff, Wales on Friday. It will be really interesting if Kohli opts for a change in the Playing XI.
