West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo landed in Chennai ahead of the IPL 2021 season which is all set to kick start its proceedings from 10th April. The all-rounder who has been a long-serving player of the Chennai Super Kings franchise for a decade will be yet again plying his trade for the whistle podu franchise in the 2021 edition of the cash-rich league.
The 2021 edition which is all set to place in India after the 2020 edition was conducted in the UAE will be one of its kind for a reason since this season, none of the sides will be playing at their home venues to rule out the home advantage for every side this season. Chennai Super Kings will be playing all of their matches at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata with them kickstarting their campaign on 10th April 2021 against the Delhi Capitals in Mumbai.
“Ambati Rayudu, I am here my brother” – Dwayne Bravo
The Caribbean all-rounder landed in Chennai, currently under quarantine before he could begin his training in the state of Tamil Nadu posted a video on his Instagram profile which included a very special for his CSK teammate Ambati Rayudu.
Dwayne Bravo in the video said, “Ambati Rayudu, I am here my brother. How are you? You have been asking when is DJ Bravo going to turn up. So I am here. Okay my brother.”
By the looks out of it, it does seem like Dwayne Bravo and Ambati Rayudu share a very special bond in the Chennai Super Kings dressing room which is clearly evident in the video posted by Dwayne Bravo upon his arrival in India for the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League.
Dwayne Bravo returned from the Caribbean after an extremely successful T20I against Sri Lanka where they whitewashed them in both ODI and T20 series.
