Former India cricketer Aakash Chopra believes India will be all out on day 4 considering the match is progressing at a rapid pace. Incidentally, India are currently placed at 16/1 in the second innings, with a lead of 146 runs under their belt.

The visitors will hope to extend their lead as much as possible to almost throw South Africa out of the tie. In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra predicted that India will be bowled out even before they can think of declaring the innings.

“I feel India will be all out. The match is running very fast. India will get bowled out on Day 4 and there will be excitement in the match,” Aakash Chopra said.

Despite that, Aakash Chopra asserted that Team India will be able to forge a couple of decent partnerships to post a challenging total in front of the Proteas.

“I feel there will definitely be two partnerships of 50 or more runs. There are a lot of chances of wickets falling with the new ball, you have already lost Mayank. But I am still seeing two half-century partnerships from here, there is hope,” Aakash Chopra added.

Apart from predicting that India will be all out on day 4, the cricketer-turned-commentator asserted that Kagiso Rabada, who scalped three wickets in the first innings, will pick up four more wickets in the second essay.

“I feel Rabada will take four or more wickets. He might bowl four no-balls as well but four or more wickets for Kagiso Rabada,” Aakash Chopra added.

The 44-year-old believes India will have their tails up heading into the final day of the Centurion Test.

“I feel South Africa will also lose at least one wicket by the time the day finishes. But one thing will be the lead you will have because at the moment you have a lead of 146 but how far should India go?” Aakash Chopra concluded.
