Virat Kohli communicated with his wife, Anushka Sharma, through gestures from the field after India’s match against Pakistan on Saturday, October 14, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The match ended up being very one-sided, with India securing a dominant seven-wicket victory against their arch-rivals in front of over a hundred thousand fans. A video posted by a fan on a social media platform (formerly Twitter) captured Kohli’s post-match interaction.

In the video, he can be observed using hand gestures to communicate with Anushka and sharing a heartwarming smile. Anushka was among the spouses of Indian cricketers watching the match from the stands.

Former Indian fast bowler Shanthakumaran Sreesanth recently commended Virat Kohli for his rigorous fitness routine and suggested that Kohli’s commitment to fitness could enable him to represent India until the age of 40.

Additionally, Sreesanth expressed the belief that Kohli might participate in another World Cup. During an exclusive conversation with Sportskeeda, Sreesanth stated:

“He (Kohli) looks 25 yaar. The way he runs in the field and the energy that he has, he biologically looks like 25.”

”He will play a lot more and while people question whether this will be Kohli’s last World Cup, I feel he can still continue playing. If Dhoni bhai can play in the IPL till 42 almost then Kohli also can play for India till 40 years of age. He has the fitness for it too.”

Sreesanth further expressed his support for Rohit Sharma’s participation in another World Cup representing India, and he stated:

“I feel both Rohit and Virat can play another World Cup. Virat can play rather easily, but Rohit, if he works on his fitness, he can do it too. He will surely keep performing. When you have such players, there’s a saying called ‘saat khoon maaf (laughs)’.”
