IND vs ENG: [WATCH] James Anderson Takes A Stunning Catch To Dismiss Yashasvi Jaiswal

England pacer James Anderson pulled off a stunning catch during the fourth day of the fourth test against India on Monday, February 26 at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi. His outstanding effort sent Yashasvi Jaiswal back to the pavilion, breaking India’s opening stand.

England has set India a target of 192 runs in the fourth innings to seal the test series. Yashasvi Jaiswal was off to a good start and had gotten comfortable at the crease. He had added 84 runs for the opening partnership with Rohit Sharma. However, in the sixteenth over, the left-handed batter fell to Joe Root while going for a maximum. Root bowled a floated delivery outside the off-stump. Jaiswal went for the big shot slicing the ball towards the backward point.

The ball did not travel over the boundary, and was dying on the backward point fielder, James Anderson. The veteran cricketer dived forward and pulled off a stunning catch to dismiss Yashasvi Jaiswal. The Indian opener had to walk back to the pavilion for 37 runs from 44 deliveries, with five boundaries.
