“We need to set the template right” – Team India skipper Rohit Sharma

Team India has struggled although out the ICC T20 World Cup and bubble fatigue is one of the factors. India will be seeing a new Captian Rohit Sharma leading the side after Virat Kohli stepped down T20 Captaincy, and also Rahul Dravid named as the new Head coach of the Men’s Indian Cricket team after Ravi Shastri’s tenure getting over.

Speaking at a pre-match press conference, Skipper Rohit Sharma said:

“I think the template, it’s a very important one. I think we just need to set the template right and we’ve got some time to do that. India has been brilliant in this particular format, it’s just that we haven’t won the ICC tournament. But we played well as a team and we’ve performed well as a team.”
