With the series tied at 1-1, both Team India and England have everything to play when they lock horns for the series decider on March 28 (Sunday) at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. After Virat Kohli & Co pulled off a spectacular win by 66 runs in the first match, the visitors bounced back in chasing 337 runs in just 43.3 overs with six wickets to spare to level the series.

The spotlight will be on India’s bowling as they look forward to Sunday’s series decider. The sixth bowling option has hurt the home side and they copped severe criticisms for not bowling Hardik Pandya to manage his workload. The hosts are likely to make changes in the spin-department as both Krunal Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav have looked harmless with the ball in the middle overs.

Washington Sundar and a proven performer like Yuzvendra Chahal will fancy their chances of getting an outing in order to bolster that spin attack. The batting has looked good with KL Rahul leading the pack from the front with a half-century and a hundred.

For England, they would be looking for redemption in the 50-over format and not go back home empty-handed after losing the Test and T20I series. Their batting has looked flawless with Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes coming hard at the Indian bowlers. The visiting side, who is without their regular captain Eoin Morgan, will look to continue playing in the same template and set their records straight in the limited-overs format.
