After his astonishing knock in IPL 2020, Rahul Tewatia has been at the centre of all attention. At Sharjah, chasing a mammoth Total, Tewatia produced a freakish knock under pressure. The Rajasthan Royals surprised everyone as the lower order batsman was promoted to bat at 4.

Tewatia joined Sanju Samson and needed to play cameo to help his side achieve the target. Initially, Tewatia struggled and looked down and out. It seemed as if the Royals has made a tactical blunder by promoting him as a pinch hitter.

Then Rahul Tewatia put on a show and lit up the iconic Sharjah cricket stadium. It was a crazy counter-attacking knock in IPL history. The southpaw hit Sheldon Cottrell for 5 sixes in his over and showed his prowess with the bat.
