The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) players have already finished their quarantine in Dubai. And, after finishing, they have started their training sessions prior to the second half of IPL 2021.

Notably, the players have reached Dubai a week back and as per the guidelines, they have also finished their mandatory quarantine period. And, on the very first day of their net session, RCB head coach Mike Hesson has briefed the players about the training plan for the tournament.

They later played football to warm themselves up before starting their cricketing action. And, the franchise shared a glimpse of it with their fans by sharing a video on their official social media accounts as well.

“Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has shared the following post on Twitter with the caption: Bold Diaries: RCB begin training for #IPL2021 Quarantine ✅ and the RCB players hit the ground running with a game of football. Mike Hesson shares updates on training program and arrival of the foreign players. #PlayBold #WeAreChallengers #BoldDiaries,” they captioned the video.

However, RCB head coach Mike Hesson has confirmed that veteran batsman AB de Villiers and the Australia all-rounder Glen Maxwell will soon join the team. He also shared that the Kiwi allrounder Kyle Jamieson will reach Dubai around September 10.

However, Virat Kohli-led RCB had a decent run this season before the league got suspended due to COVID-19 in May. They are placed at third in the points table with ten points from seven games. They will start their campaign in the second phase of the IPL against Kolkata Knight Riders on September 20 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
