Mumbai Indians’ newest recruit, Dewald Brevis began his training ahead of the fifteenth edition of the Indian Premier League. The South African joined the Mumbai Indians squad for the practice session on Tuesday.
Dewald Brevis is being reckoned as the player to what out for in the Indian Premier League by the cricket fans and pundits. The batter showcased his abilities and wide range of shots in the U19 World Cup 2022 earlier this year. He earned the title of ‘Baby AB De Villiers’ due to the resemblance of his batting style with that of the legendary cricketer.
On Tuesday, the Mumbai Indians posted a video of Dewal Brevis batting in the nets on their official Youtube Channel. Some of Brevis’ shots reminded the fans of AB De Villiers.
