On 14 August 1947 Pakistan achieved independence. Meanwhile, on the auspicious occasion on Saturday, the country is celebrating its 75th Independence Day. Many big celebrities including cricketers, actors, and sportspersons took Twitter and other social media handles to wish their fans and followers on the occasion. Meanwhile, Pakistan cricketer Kamran Akmal also joined the party to wish his fans.

Notably, Kamran Akmal took the Twitter to wish his fans on the auspicious occasion. Akmal posted the picture of the Pakistan flag to wish fans Happy Independence day. However, he did a very small mistake, which didn’t go unnoticed. Fans pointed out that Akmal wrote ‘Indepence’ instead of ‘Independence’. In the picture of the flag, he posted it was written ‘ Happy Indepence Day 14th August’.

Kamran Akmal has represented Pakistan in over 200 International games. He is almost 40 years old and is scoring good runs in PSL. However, due to the age factor, he is not in the scheme of things of Pakistan selectors. It’s highly unlikely that the wicketkeeper batman will make a comeback on Pakistan’s international team.
