Television Sports Anchor Mayanti Langer was a proud wife of India cricketer Stuart Binny who played his 100th List A Game on Monday. Binny’s achievement came during his side’s Round 5 match for Nagaland in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy. The all-rounder has represented India in six Tests, 14 ODIs and three T20Is besides playing 95 IPL games across franchises.
Taking to Twitter on Monday, Binny’s wife Mayanti Langer lauded her husband for his unique milestone on the domestic circuit. Mayanti not only lauded Binny for completing a century of matches but the sports journalist also took a sly dig at trolls with her savage post on the microblogging site.
” Mayanti captioned her post on Twitter. “A 100 that has been 17 years in the making. HARDWORK and PERSEVERENCE are only words until you bring them to life. Some just TALK @stuartbinny84 WALKS THE TALK. Congrats on yet another achievement champ,” Binny’s wife penned a sweet note for the Indian all-rounder” tweeted Mayanti.

The celebrated duo is often trolled by cricket fans on Twitter. However, both of them hit back at them with strong and pertinent words which shows their independent character and the habit of not taking disrespect on a lighter note.
The 36-year-old enjoyed a memorable 17-year stint with Karnataka before the all-rounder joined Nagaland in the domestic arena. In IPL he has played for Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.
Stuart Binny played his last international match for India in 2015. He was also a part of India’s 2015 World Cup squad under MS Dhoni but did not play a single game.
