Return of MS Dhoni to Professional Cricket Delayed:
On the work front, MS Dhoni has not played international cricket since India’s semifinal exit from the 2019 Word Cup. Dhoni was slated to return to the cricketing field in the 13th edition of the IPL that was scheduled to begin from March 29.
However, the tournament was deferred till April 15. It was eventually suspended for an indefinite period after India went into an extended lockdown that will last until May 3rd.
Now, the return of MS Dhoni to International cricket is in doubt, as the fans and analysts felt IPL is the only way for MS Dhoni to show his form and be available for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup in Australia. Unfortunately, it isn’t going to be a normal tournament.
