Nicholas Pooran Announces Engagement With Kathrina Miguel

Star West Indies batsman Nicholas Pooran announced his engagement with long-term partner Miguel Kathrine on November 17 (Tuesday). Meanwhile, Pooran and Kathrine know each other from childhood and finally, Pooran rolled his knees on Tuesday to ask for her hands.

Both Nicholas Pooran and Kathrina were recently in the UAE for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 which came to an end last week. Kathrina was seen in the stands, cheering for her partner throughout the competition. Even after the competition ended, Nicholas Pooran and Miguel Kathrine were seen spending some quality time in the beaches of UAE.

Meanwhile, one week after IPL 2020, the star Caribbean cricketer took to social media platform Instagram to announce his engagement with Kathrine.

 “God has blessed us with a great blessing. I am glad to announce that @kathrina_miguel and I got engaged .????Love you Migz❤️ I got you ????,” Nicholas Pooran wrote along with an image.

Later, Miguel Kathrina also took to Instagram to post the same picture and wrote,

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Ecclesiastes 3:11. ???????? Being loved by you is a blessing I thank God everyday for. Love you @nicholaspooran ❤️????????”

Meanwhile, speaking about the game, Nicholas Pooran has already landed in New Zealand from the UAE to combine with the West Indies squad for the T20Is. The three-match series commences from November 27. He along with other IPL-bound players will finish quarantine just in time to unite with the squad and be available for the series-opener.

Following the end of the series in New Zealand, he will travel to Australia to play in the BBL for the very first time in his career. He will ply his trade for the Melbourne Stars only for six matches.
