He backed Australia to bet India in the test series. Meanwhile, India are the current holders of the Border-Gavaskar trophy. India beat the Aussies 2-1 in the four-match test series with Cheteshwar Pujara and Rishabh Pant scoring the majority of the runs for India.
Pujara scored 595 runs including three centuries, while Pant scored 350 runs including a 159*. India is up against Australia in day one’s third session, skipper Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane were moving in fine line to take the team to a good score. The duo shared an 88-run stand and looked good to stay unbeaten at stumps.
However, in a rather bad mix-up, Rahane ran-out his skipper who was livid after losing his wicket. Virat Kohli looked in supreme touch while batting scoring 74 of 180 deliveries. Just when he looked good for another test ton, Kohli found himself short in an error of judgment from Ajinkya Rahane.
