Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson led his team to the finals of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season with a win over the Royal Challengers Bangalore on Friday. He has played a major role for the franchise as the skipper and also with the bat this year.

In sixteen matches, Sanju Samson has scored 444 runs at an average of 29.60 and at a strike rate of 147.50. His run tally includes two half-centuries for the Rajasthan Royals this season. Sanju Samson has over the years been a vital cog in the wheel for the franchise. He is the second leading run-getter for the franchise over the years, with two centuries to his name.

Taking about his personal life, the wicket-keeper batter hails from Kerala. He got married to his longtime girlfriend Charulatha in December 2018. The couple owns a luxurious and stunning house in Kerala. While the Kerala house is his primary residence, as per Sportskeeda, the Indian cricketer also owns properties in Mumbai, Bangalore, and in Hyderabad.
