In Group B, Australia is joined by defending champions England, Namibia, Scotland, and Oman.”
“Meanwhile, India is placed in Group A alongside co-hosts USA, arch-rivals Pakistan, Ireland, and Canada. India will play their group stage matches in the USA, commencing their campaign against Ireland on June 5. Subsequently, the tournament will move to the Caribbean for the Super Eight and beyond.” Commenting on the Indian squad, Ganguly remarked, “It’s an excellent squad with all players capable of winning matches.”
“All 15 members are deserving of selection, and I trust Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid to pick the best team. Rinku Singh was not included in the 15-member Indian squad.
