Team India is all set to play non-stop cricket during 2021. Virat Kohli and his men will be in thick of the action throughout the next year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a few fixtures had to be delayed and they are supposed to take place in 2021. According to a report by InsideSport team, India will play 14 Tests, 16 ODIs and 23 T20Is in a jam-packed schedule for next year. 

Also, the Indian players will feature in the next IPL season which will be conducted during the April-May window in India. The T20 world will also be contested in India late next year which will be the biggest tournament of 2021. 

With so much cricket in store for Indian players next year it is assumed that the BCCI will manage the workload of players and will rotate them according to different series. Team India will commence 2021 with a much-anticipated home series against England. They will end the year with a challenging tour to South Africa which will conclude a hectic year for the Indian players.

Meanwhile, this is a mouth-watering line-up of matches for all the cricket enthusiasts but nothing has been confirmed yet. It will be a challenging task to arrange so many matches and the schedule may change in the coming time. Furthermore team India will end 2020 in Australia as they are all set to play 3 matches ODI, T20I and 4 match Test series.

ROTATION POLICY WILL SURELY COME INTO PLAY,” a BCCI official said as quoted by Insidesport.
