Indian skipper Virat Kohli leaves a funny comment on Ravichandran Ashwin’s Instagram post. The off-spinner requested for a caption to an intense photo with bowling coach Bharat Arun and Kohli came up with a hilarious one.

Ashwin is generally known to be very active on social media. He engages with his fans from time to time, and also posts on sporting events around the world. He recently congratulated Danielle Wyatt on her match-winning knock in the third T20I against Indian women.

In the latest post, Ashwin posted a snapshot of a  rather intense conversation with Bharat Arun. He wrote, “Caption this for me please,” and several fans responded.

The one that stood out, however, was team India skipper Virat Kohli’s. He wrote, “Let me bowl pls paji”, while referring to Bharat Arun.

Team India might go in with two spinners for the first Test against England. Although the conditions on offer generally favor the swing bowlers, India may not have a choice. Their lower order is fragile and mostly incapable with the bat in hand.

To strengthen the tail, both Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja might get the green light. Virat Kohli might also decide to bring in Mohammad Siraj at the cost of an experienced bowler. Since Indian quicks couldn’t extort enough swing in the World Test Championship (WTC) final, one of Ishant Sharma, Mohammad Shami, and Jasprit Bumrah could be dropped.

If not Mohammad Siraj, Chennai Super Kings’ all-rounder Shardul Thakur might get a sneak-in. He has proved himself with the willow and the ball in Australia. His presence will also boost the lower-order batting.
