“Yes, Dhoni had a successful knee operation on Thursday at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital. He underwent surgery in the morning, and he is doing well. I have no specifics”.
Kasi Viswanathan, the CEO of CSK, said to PTI, “I haven’t gotten all the details about the kind of surgery and other things”.
“He’ll leave the hospital in a day or two. Before beginning his extensive rehabilitation, he would take a few days off to rest”.
A second source close to the CSK management told PTI on the condition of anonymity. He is now anticipated that he will have enough time to prepare for the upcoming IPL.
