Gujarat Titans, who are one of the two new franchises in IPL 2022, will look to make a grand start to the campaign when the tournament kicks off on March 29. The cricketers have already hit the ground running and are leaving no stones unturned to get into the groove.

Amid the busy training schedule, Hardik Pandya & Co appeared for a photoshoot. The official social media handles of the franchise shared a video in which Hardik Pandya and his teammates look rather excited about the challenge at hand.

In the clip, skipper Pandya looks all gung-ho while Rahul Tewatia and Wriddhiman Saha are seen smiling for the camera. Delhi Capitals shared the video with the caption:

The young Indian batting prodigy, Shubman, who was roped in by Gujarat Titans in the pre-draft has pinned his hopes on New Zealand pacer Lockie Ferguson to be the star performer.

Incidentally, Shubman Gill is quite aware of Lockie’s exploits having shared the dressing room for Kolkata Knight Riders in the past. Speaking at a recent media interaction, Gill said:

“Yeah, I think Lockie Ferguson, when we were in Kolkata Knight Riders, he was a huge asset for us and I am sure he is going to be a huge X-factor for us in the Gujarat Titans squad.”

Gujarat will begin their IPL 2022 campaign on March 28 by taking on the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
