The Royal Challengers currently hold the second position on the points table with 16 points from 11 matches, showcasing consistent and strong performances throughout the ongoing season. They need just one more victory to secure a playoff spot, although they could also qualify with 16 points if the results of other teams go their way and the scenarios favor them.
Meanwhile, the defending champions, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), are in a tough spot, placed sixth with 11 points from 12 games. To remain in the race for a playoff berth, they must win their last two matches and hope for favorable outcomes elsewhere, making their situation quite challenging and tense.
