Mumbai Indians (MI) star batter Rohit Sharma was spotted eagerly anticipating the arrival of his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, and their children at the airport. MI is set to face Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Jaipur on Thursday, May 1, for their next IPL 2025 match.

Dressed in a white T-shirt and his MI cap, Rohit waited as Ritika and the kids arrived to surprise him. At one point, he made a gesture towards Ritika, seemingly requesting her to cover their son Ahaan’s face. You can watch the video here:

Mumbai Indians (MI) have made an impressive recovery in the tournament, winning their last five matches after losing four of their first five. With six victories and 12 points from 10 matches, they are currently positioned second on the standings.

Rohit Sharma Eager To Shine As MI Aim To Extend Winning Streak Against RR

Rohit Sharma‘s return to form is a major boost for Mumbai Indians (MI) at this crucial stage of the tournament. The right-handed batsman has been in excellent touch lately, scoring two half-centuries in their last three matches.

Against Chennai Super Kings (CSK), he remained unbeaten on 76 off 45 balls, smashing four boundaries and six sixes as MI chased down a target of 177 runs in just 15.4 overs, winning by nine wickets.

He continued his good form in the match against SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH), scoring 70 off 46 balls, including eight fours and three sixes, as MI comfortably chased a target of 144 runs. Although he started well in their recent match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), he managed only 12 runs off five balls.

As MI prepare to face Rajasthan Royals (RR), Rohit will be eager to play another big knock and contribute significantly with the bat. While qualifying for the playoffs remains their primary goal, MI will also aim to finish in the top two, making every game crucial for them.
