The 19-year-old Yashasvi Jaiswal is having a great run in cricket lately. He smashed brilliant 82 runs off just 79 deliveries during 1st ODI match of Mumbai vs Oman at Al Amerat Cricket Ground.Team Mumbai won the toss and they decided to invite Oman to bat first.

Meanwhile, the hosts were seen under tremendous pressure batting first. However, in the start, they look decent but they kept losing wickets regularly. Opening batter Khawar Ali had a good outing with the bat as he smashed 52 off 73 deliveries. Meanwhile, the bowlers were in full domination mode.

However, the middle-order batting unit looked fragile but Khalid Kail had an exceptional outing as he scored brilliant 76 runs from 85 balls. In the end, Oman was able to post 196 runs on the board batting first.

During Mumbai’s inning, they looked full of confidence and were ready to dominate the opposition bowling unit. However, just like Oman, Team Mumbai lost few wickets early on in the match. Notably, Yashasvi Jaiswal kept on batting on the one end and he looked unstoppable. Slowly and steadily Mumbai batters were setting up the innings for their team.

Eventually, they became winners in 44th over after chasing the decent target of 197 very easily. Notably, the partnership between Yashasvi Jaiswal and Hardik Tamore was a crucial one for Mumbai.

Yashasvi Jaiswal Smashes Huge Six

Yashasvi played an important knock of 82 runs from 79 balls before getting out against Bilal Shah. His innings were filled with five fours and five sixes. Also, Hardik Tamore scored decent 51 runs off 70 balls batting under pressure.

One of the biggest highlights of the match was the humongous maximum by the youngsters. Yashasvi smashed a huge six that went straight out of the park.

The way 19-year-old is performing is great news for the IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals. They will be hoping that Yashasvi brings a good form under his belt once they enter the second phase of Indian Premier League 2021 which will begin UAE from 19 September.
