Rishabh Pant was putting on a show once again with the bat and it seemed he will score a big knock against Rajasthan Royals. However, in a big moment in the match, a brilliant piece of fielding from Riyan Parag of his own bowling dismissed Pant for 51.
The Delhi Capitals skipper was trying to steal a run when he pushed the delivery to the left of bowler Parag and immediately ran for a single. Parag sensed an opportunity to remove Pant and quickly got to the ball and executed a direct hit.
Parag had just one stump to aim and he struck gold as Pant was found short of his crease. As soon as Parag executed the direct him Pant knew he was run-out and didn’t even wait for the decision of the third umpire.

At a very crucial stage of the march, Parag produced a magical piece of fielding and ran out a well set Rishabh Pant. The DC skipper was looking ominous but was run-out and had to go back to the pavilion courtesy of a brilliant throw by Riyan Parag.
Meanwhile, once Pant got dismissed the momentum of the game was again shifted towards Rajasthan Royals. The Delhi capitals are currently 107 for 6 after 17 overs and are trying to post a fighting total against the Royals in Mumbai.
