Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni was spotted in the stands watching the third and the final T20I between India and England on Sunday, July 10 at the Trent Bridge in Nottingham. He was seen having a discussion with former India head coach Ravi Shastri during the game. The Indian team has an unconquerable lead of 2-0 in the three-match T20I series.

MS Dhoni is in the United Kingdom with his friends and family. Former cricketer Ravi Shastri took to Twitter to share a picture with the wicket-keeper batter. Shastri is part of the commentary panel for India’s tour of England, in 2022. Sharing the photograph, he expressed that it was great to catch up with MS Dhoni.

Great to catch up with the maestro who looks in fine fettle – @msdhoni @SkyCricket @BCCI @ChennaiIPL #ENGvsIND,” wrote Ravi Shastri.

Notably, MS Dhoni was also present for the second T20I between England and India at the Edgbaston in Birmingham on Saturday. The BCCI shared a few pictures on their social media profile of MS Dhoni with Ishan Kishan and other members of the Indian team.

Recently, the Chennai Super Kings skipper celebrated his 41st birthday and his 12th wedding anniversary with his family and fans in the UK. Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant was also present for the birthday celebrations.

England skipper Jos Buttler won the toss and opted to bat first. They put on 215 runs in the first innings, on the back of Dawid Malan and Liam Livingstone’s brilliant partnership. The duo put on 84 runs for the four-wicket stand. Dawid Malan slammed 77 runs off thirty-nine deliveries, while Liam Livingstone scored a 29-ball 42.

Ravi Bishnoi and Harshal Patel took two wickets each for India. The visitors need to chase down 216 runs to clean sweep the three-match T20I series.
