Aakash Chopra is busy making his mid-season analysis of IPL 2021. After picking the top six best performances with the bat, in his most recent video, he has picked his top six bowling spells of IPL 2021. The season was suspended by the BCCI and the IPL governing council after players from various IPL franchises tested COVID positive.

Meanwhile, there were few brilliant bowling performances on show in IPL 2021 and Aakash Chopra has made an effort to pick the six best spells of them all. RCB’s Harshal Patel with 17 wickets led the Purple Cap race till the season was on.

“At No.1 is my favorite bowling performance of the season so far, I have picked Harshal Patel. It came in the first match against Mumbai (5/27). You have a four-over spell and there if you take five wickets, that too while coming at the end. He bowled very good slower ones and perfect yorkers,” said Chopra in a video uploaded on his YouTube channel.
