However, now it is established that post-retirement Dhoni will enter the showbiz industry. The former Indian captain’s biopic “MS Dhoni -The Untold Story” has already entertained his countless fans will be now donning the hat of a producer in the entertainment industry.

MS Dhoni to enter showbiz industry

Dhoni along with his wife Sakshi will work on multiple projects under their production house named ‘Dhoni Entertainment’ which was originated in 2019.

Last year Dhoni starred in the web series ‘Roar of the Lion’ in which 5 episodes were released that explicated how CSK overcame the fixing scandal and won IPL in 2018.

Now under the banner of ‘Dhoni Entertainment’ various new assignments will be executed with Sakshi Dhoni working as a managing director. Their fresh project will be a sci-fi web series which traverses the journey of a mysterious Aghori.

Meanwhile, Mrs Dhoni in a recent interview affirmed about their production house acquiring rights of an unpublished book which will now be transformed into a web series. The series will be shot at an exclusive high tech-facility on an isolated island.

“We have acquired the rights of an unpublished book of a debutant author. We will adapt it into a web series. It is a mythological sci-fi story that explores the journey of a mysterious Aghori and is set at a high-tech facility on a remote island,” Sakshi told Mid-day.com.

Moreover, Dhoni is perhaps the most influential figure in Indian cricket history. Fans will always be passionate about whatever Dhoni does away from the cricket field. As of now, he is concentrating on the ongoing IPL where he is looking to lead CSK to their 4th IPL title.
